My only birthday wish this year is to be able to celebrate with my loved ones and be perfectly content doing something very simple and low-key. Once upon a time, I believed that 21 was the ideal age and after that year... well, it would all go downhill. Now finally at 24, I learned that age is merely a number, as long as you are constantly growing with the people you love. I'm lucky enough to have been able to surround myself with positive people who have always been there to support me. I don't say this enough, but I'm truly grateful for all of the wonderful people I have in my life - that includes Terrance, my family, close friends, mentors and colleagues. Thank you!

After doing little convincing, the girls came out to celebrate my birthday for a Sunday buffet brunch at Colette Grand Café. The French style café offered a great assortment of seafood, cheese, meats, quiches, freshly baked bread and an array of desserts. How can you say no to this? There was also an omelette station, but we couldn't consume any more food. It was such an eventful afternoon, followed by a girls photo shoot in a graffiti-filled alleyway (I'll consider sharing these...).
