Here's a little piece of Paris tucked away in the Thompson Hotel between Wellington & Bathurst. Every square-foot of this French-inspired café was a sweet surprise as we were taken from room to room - bakery, dining area, lounge, library, bar, patio - you name it! My favourite part was the wrap-around terrace adorned with elegantly draped fabric. I wouldn't mind living at the Thompson Hotel and spending my mornings at this café.
As you may remember from an earlier post, I featured a black racerback top with my athletic-inspired joggers. Here I am wearing the exact same crop top, but in white. When I love something, I tend to buy duplicates of the same piece or at least in a different colour. There is just something about simple and versatile pieces that I can't seem to get enough of. This season, I fell in love with crop tops, specifically this racerback one from Tobi because it goes with practically everything in my wardrobe. It's the absolute perfect crop top which can be dressed both up and down throughout 2/4 seasons (maybe even 3). My mentality is that if it's a wardrobe basic and is fairly reasonably-priced then it's a GO. I styled this crop top to create a more polished, daytime weekend look - it was also TIFF weekend so it seemed fitting.
