Talula Babaton coat, H&M top, F21 skirt, Wilfred scarf, Zara flats

No, I didn’t actually wear this outfit out, but I threw it on for 5 minutes for the sake of doing an outfit post. I would be insane to be wearing a pair of flats in this bizarre kind of weather.

Yes, you should all hate me now since I haven’t been the most avid blogger, but I promise that once the winter break comes along, I’ll devote more time to blogging. I’m trying not to lose myself in the blogosphere so I can apportion most of my time to studying rather than blog creeping haha.

I’m dreading the 12 looong days before the holidays, but I’m thrilled for the semester to be finally over. The array of Christmas ornaments and lights in the malls and outside of houses leaves me feeling all warm and cheerful. I’m waiting on all the lighthearted conversations and laughs, close gatherings, potlucks, and secret Santa gift exchanges. I was never too big on all these festivities, but being away for most days of the year gives me a reason to look forward to these hearty occasions. Hope everyone stays bundled up in layers and layers of knit. It’s going to be a cold few days ahead.

P.S. The last few photos are taken of my new Mackage Aurelia down parka. I wore it for the first time today and it does a great job of keeping me warm. Definitely worth its price!
