I’m fairly certain that the weather is only going to slope downwards from here on. I’m not much of a winter person, but there are a few things that makes this season charming. Staying under my duvet until late afternoon on the weekends and giving myself a reason to be lazy when it comes to dressing up.

The last few weeks, I’ve found myself consuming an excessive amount of tea to keep me up and running. Jasmine green tea and a bit of honey is the ultimate, perfect balance of sweet and bitterness for early mornings and late nights.

It’s exhausting and relieving to see how close December is approaching. I nearly love the idea that I’m almost done the first semester of my third year, but at the same time it’s nerve-wracking to see how quickly time is passing by. It has flown by as quickly as a bird and it’s a scary thought to ponder over the idea that time doesn’t wait for anyone.

  1. wow, you look so different I almost didn't recognize you! In a good way of course. You should put your hair up in a bun more often, it really shows off your cheek bones :D

I know, time flies! It's the last week of November and December is waiting at the door. I'm off for a 3-week vacation in 2 weeks. SO EXCITED :D

  13. Jasmine green tea with honey, ooh I'm getting thirsty. I once got a jasmine tea in a cafe that was a bloom at the bottom of a cup that opened once hot water was poured over it. Smelled and tasted absolutely delicious.
