The glass castle

Wilfred bustier, F21 floral skirt

Few more photos from last weekend at Main Street after Summerlicious. Wore the floral skirt that I was planning on selling, but I desperately needed a last minute outfit for dining at Auberge du Pommier.

My current reading: The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls. Picked it up at Chapters yesterday so I can accompany my boyfriend at the coffee shop while he does his readings and quiz. It's a memoir, which makes it more meaningful since it's partly, if not all, true. I'm almost half way through and so far, it's been a good read.

it's so terribly sad as well as good. She grew up too quick and saw too many things she shouldn't have had to see.

  15. You're gorgeous! I love the pink top and floral skirt, and that nail polish is so pretty! I could always ship you the EOS balm in a flavor you'd like if you can't find it. But you'd have to ship me one of your favorite drug store buys :)

  17. Great outfit, I love it!
As for Hue lipstick, I actually HATED it at first because it made my lips dry and flakey. But then I purchased a lip scrub from Lush, and it made Hue work on me. Now, for some reason, I hardly have to exfoliate my lips and Hue won't make them flake! Also, applying a lip balm before-hand can help. Try exfoliating and then apply a lipbalm. Leave it on for a couple of minutes so it can absorb into your skin.. and then apply your lipstick :) I hope that helps because Hue is a great shade! xx

  40. Gorgeous photos and outfit! It's very sweet of you to keep your boy company while he studies--ack, it reminds me of my university days doing the exact same thing in the campus libraries. And is that Mint Candy Apple by Essie on your nails? (I only ask because it looks awfully similar to what I have on my nails right now lol.)
